I started this work when I realized I didn’t have my mother’s recipes.

THE FOUNDER

As an adopted child, I have always carried a deep longing for family and history — something tangible to hold onto.

I became a chef because of the women in my life. The matriarchs who taught through their hands, their instincts, and their presence.

And I realized something simple:

History only survives when someone chooses to preserve it.

Food is one of the last places memory lives in full — not just what we ate, but how it was made, who made it, and why it mattered.

This work is how I honor them.

Who is this for?

This work is for families, daughters, newlyweds, parents, friends —
anyone who has ever thought,
I
need to get this down before it’s too late.

Because one day, you realize
no one else knows how it was done.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You don’t need every recipe written down.

You don’t need perfect records.

You just need to begin with what you have.

We’ll build the rest together.
